SCRYE requires that the DISTRICT register ALL of its students at one time.  (Clubs, host families, counselors -- Please DO NOT register your student at the SCRYE website.  We at the district level MUST register the students.)

Camp Enterprise.   OPTIONAL for Inbounds.  At this 4-day retreat, Students learn team building (ROPES), leadership and motivation skills while working within a real business simulation program and interact with some of Tulsa’s top business leaders.. Additional information will be sent to students as it becomes available.

Inbound Youth Exchange Orientation & Weekend

MANDATORY for Inbound Students:  Rotary International & SCRYE require all students receive orientation

What to Bring
Casual comfortable clothes, bedroll, pillow, toiletries, a swimsuit,  a towel, sunscreen, and something to write with.  Optional items include:  cell phones, cameras, music they like,  address book, rotary business cards, rotary lapel pins for trading, etc
Transportation
Lee Griffin will notify students & host families of the transportation arrangements.

This event is MANDATORY for all inbound students who have arrived in the US by August 19th If your student is not yet in the USA by August 19th,   Lee Griffin (Inbound Coordinator) will contact you after the student arrives regarding a make-up orientation session

YE Halloween Weekend in Fayetteville, AR   OPTIONAL for Inbounds. 

Students need to bring:  a Halloween costume (for Saturday night), a sleeping bag and pillow, thank you cards for host families and volunteers (it's ok for students to bring homemade cards), music cds, camera, weather appropriate clothing, sneakers, and a smile.

There's a weekend fee of $25 that each student will need to pay when he/she arrives on Friday night. This $25 is the fee that the retreat center charges per person for staying there overnight.  The Fayetteville Rotary Club will pay for the food for group activities on YE Halloween weekend.

Dec (mid-month)  Register now:  SCRYE Winter Conference (dates to be announced)  in Tulsa

SCRYE would like to extend an invitation to anyone interested in Rotary Youth Exchange and enhancing their district program. Participants include Rotarians, spouses and of course RYE students. There will be specialized training sessions for experienced RYE officers, those new to RYE and our DG's/DGE's/DGN's. Fellowship opportunities will extend to an optional lunch on Saturday and our Saturday evening banquet.
