Monthly Report / Monthly Contact Log for Counselors to fill out
For compliance and YE audit purposes, counselors fill out and submit a monthly report called the "Counselor Monthly Contact Log."  In this log, counselors report on all contacts for the month with the student, the host family, and, if necessary, the school.

INBOUND COUNSELORS
Counselors of Inbound students who are in our district must meet with students a minimum of once a month. For your convenience the log/report is available in two different file formats.

OUTBOUND COUNSELORS
Counselors of Outbound students who are overseas must contact their students a minimum of once a month. For your convenience the log/report is available in .doc file format.
